Realizing there was a need for a complete maintenance solutions company to serve the wine and food industry he, along with his wife Susan Clark and daughter Erin Nowelsky started Empirical Maintenance Solutions. The managerment team soon realized if EMS was to meet the needs of it growing client base we needed to form partnerships with other companies. With this goal in mind John set out to find companies that first had the skill sets needed and more importantly met his stringent business ethics. Susan Clark
Susan, SPHR, is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and has more than 20 years experience in the human resources profession. As co-owner and V.P. of Empirical Maintenance Solutions, she focuses on business growth and development, financial management, and human resources.
Erin Nowelsky
Erin is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Degree in Animal Sciences with minors in equine science and agriculture business management. She has finished her Masters program and currently is working in Philadelphia and is engaged to be married in 2012.
